Ability to supervise and train employees to include organizing, prioritizing and scheduling work assignments.
Demonstrated project management and business analysis skills.

a business i would start would be to teach little girls how to do cheerleading . I would hold a class every saturday and sunday for about 3 hours and teach little girls the main thing about cheerleading. It would cost about 19 per hour for every child. Thats the business i would start.

How can a system be designed so students care more for learning?

Theres really nothing you can do if a student doesn't wanna learn there not going to even if you make it more fun or give gifts out. The students that want to learn will learn and the ones who dont, dont CARE !
